SolutionStream Email Signature for Email Clients

1. Open the link in your browser, press CTRL + A to select the signature, then press CTRL + C to copy the signature.
2. In your Mail settings, add a new signature.
3. Paste your signature using CTRL + V into the text area.
4. Please update your name, position, and email placeholders with your information. Remember to change where the email is linked to. This is different than what it visually says.
5. Click ‘OK’ to accept your changes.

SolutionStream Email Signature for SalesForce

This version is specifically for SalesForce due to it's character limit on the email signature.

1. Click on the link below and copy the HTML section in it's entirety.
2. Go to https://kangax.github.io/html-minifier/ and paste the text in the upper textarea. Minification of the code is required because SalesForce will take line breakes literally and you will have extra space in your signature if you don't.
3. Please update your name, position, and email placeholders with your information. Remember to change where the email is linked to. This is different than what it visually says.
4. Click "Minify"
5. Select and copy the output.
6. Travel to https://solutionstream.my.salesforce.com/
7. After Logging in, click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select "Settings"
8. In the left hand menu, click on "Email" followed by "My Email Settings"
9. Paste your signature using CTRL + V into the Signature text area.
10. Click ‘Save’ to save your changes.
